Who we are

InfoEck-Jugendinfo Tirol is a sending organisation (SO) and co-ordinating organsisation (CO). We are in contact with host organisations (HO) in Tyrol/Austria. We are a link between host organisations and volunteers and support both to find each other.

2 vacancies for project "Arche 2012 - work with disabled persons" (2010-AT-10)

The Arche Tirol is an international communitiy of disabled and not disabled people, who live and work together based on its international charta, which says, that every person has an unique importance. The Arche Tirol was founded in 1992 and is a Christian – ecumenical communitiy. At the moment 10 adults with learning difficulties live in two houses, one in Gries and one in St. Jodok. 

Service time 1: 01.10.2012 - 01.10.2013 (candidate has been selected)
Service time 2: 01.02.2013 - 01.02.2014

The staff members of youth centre Yunit are looking for 1 volunteer who wants to support their team. The target group of the youthcentre are young persons, aged 12 – 20 years and are supported by youthworkers.

Service time: 1st October 2012 – 30th September 2012

1 Vacancy for youth centre "Park In"

The staff members of youth centre Park In (Hall) are looking for 1 volunteer who wants to support their team. The target group of the youthcentre are young persons, aged 12 – 20 years. The visitors are form the village and surroundings and spend their leisure time in the youth centre, supported by youth workers. The youth centre offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities/games and infrastructure (e.g. dance workshop, pool billiard tournament, DJ workstation, internet access, skateboard park). Young people who have problems, difficulties can seek support/advice from the youth workers.

Service time: 1st October 2012 – 30th September 2013
